Made For Jew TO is a company that provides single Jewish adults seeking a committed relationship with a variety of services, ranging from matchmaking to speed dating to organized Jewish single group travel and more.
We define our clients as those with an active Associate Membership, or an active Silver or Gold Package. All clients are to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Terms
- While Made For Jew TO does not guarantee a certain number of dates or matches, on a best-efforts basis we will strive to meet and surpass the minimum number of dates or matches per package level.
- We will suggest and arrange matches based on the criteria you provide, as well as our assessment.
- The term for this agreement is: (1) unlimited for Associate Members; (2) 6 months for a Silver client; and (3) 12 months for a Gold client. Note that Silver and Gold client memberships may pause their membership once per package for no more than six months.
- You agree to meet your matches in a public area and let a friend or family member know where you are going on your date as a precaution.
- You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner on any meeting provided by Made For Jew TO.
2. Interaction with Clients
- By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree to participate in a date once the match has been accepted by both dating parties.
- Associate Members will only be contacted if there is a potential match with a Silver and/or Gold client.
- At anytime an Associate Member can upgrade to a Silver or Gold client membership package.
- Under no circumstances is Made For Jew TO liable for any direct or indirect expenses, damages, including physical, psychological or emotional distress as a result of your interactions with any current or former client or employee.
3. Membership & Payment
- Membership is conditional on the following: (1) you are currently single or legally separated from your spouse; (2) you are at least 25 years of age; (3) all information you provide to Made For Jew TO and its members is accurate; and (4) Made For Jew TO has been paid in full, with no account in arrears.
- As our client, you agree to pay Made For Jew TO the stated fee based on the package purchased.
- Membership only begins once (1) payment has been received in full; (2) for Silver and Gold clients, the initial consultation has taken place; and (3) your profile has been created.
- The client agrees to be reasonably available for a one-on-one consultation and also to provide feedback of their date as soon as feasible, but not exceeding 48 hours after the end of the Made For Jew TO date.
- Made For Jew TO is not liable to pay for, or reimburse, any goods and services (or fees otherwise incurred) in relation to the client’s date (before, during, or after).
- If any member wishes to be removed from our database, please do so via e-mail to: rochelle@madeforjewto.com.
- Made For Jew TO reserves the right to increase membership fees at any time.
- Made For Jew TO will provide a partial refund at any time during an active and paid in full membership. The refund must be requested by e-mail and will be provided at 50% of the unused portion of the package fee, measured by the number of dates you have been on against our targeted minimum.
4. Prohibited Activities
Made For Jew TO retains the right to permanently remove your profile and/or terminate your membership without a refund, if you have been found to have committed at least one of the following:
- You provide incorrect and/or misleading information on your profile, including marital status, images, criminal record, income status, history and solvency.
- You stalk or harass any person that you have been introduced to (directly or indirectly) by Made For Jew TO.
- You violate Federal and/or Provincial privacy laws of any past or present member or employee of Made For Jew TO.
- You choose not to follow any parts of our standard process, including meeting with our recommended matches and providing us with post-date feedback within an adequate time.
- Promote a business, product or service while on a date arranged by Made For Jew TO.
5. Privacy
Made For Jew TO will protect all information provided and will not share your personal information without your consent unless it is essential to providing the services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
